Wet Dreams Entertainment is an adult entertainment booking agency in Australia. This website may contain images or material that are sexually explicit in nature and may be offensive to some people. If you do find any of the material on the website offensive, please leave right away.

• · You must be 18 years or over to view this website. You must be 18 years or over to order any performances or entertainment. Your date of birth must be provided at time of any booking.
• All guests must be over the age of 18 years old. The entertainers may check      ID. If anyone under the age of 18 is present at the entertainment, the      entertainers will immediately stop with no refund.
• Strictly no escorting services are provided.
• If you are asked if there is a mixed crowd at your event, and you respond      untruthfully, upon arrival the Entertainer can refuse to perform, and no refund will be given. 
• If there is any Violence at your event or the situation becomes dangerous for      the Entertainer, they have the right to leave if they fear for their own safety. No refund will be given.
• Videoing & Photographing of the Entertainers is prohibited at all times during      a booking. 
• If videoing or photography of any means happens, Entertainers will stop work and are required to immediately leave booking. No refund will be given.
• If the Event Attendees are late to the booked location, the Entertainers are not required to work longer to account for late arrival of guests and or the      booking organizer. Their shift begins at the time agreed and booked for, no matter when the customers arrive. Full payment is required for the booked time. No refund will be given.
• If the Entertainment is late, they will still work their entire shift, or do their performance, unless an alternate agreement is made between the Entertainer & Customer.
• The Customer must be contactable on the date of booking. If you have no      reception or your phone loses battery – you are required to provide an      alternate contact number or another means of communication. If there is no      way to contact you, the booking may be cancelled. No refund will be given.
• The Customer must provide a correct address for the booking. If the address is      incorrect or the location cannot be found on the night of the event, the      booking may be cancelled. No refund will be given. If the Entertainer arrives at the address or location given, and for reasons otherwise or including intoxication – the Customer does not meet the Entertainer, or is      not there – the booking may be cancelled. No refund will be given.
• A  booking fee is required to secure all bookings. This is done via Bank      Deposit, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card Payment. If you are unable to pay the Booking Fee/Deposit, your booking request will not be confirmed. 
• A screenshot, or proof of the transaction must be provided upon payment      stating the amount paid, and that it has been processed to secure your      booking request.
• Because of last minute schedule changes, unforeseen circumstances or illness, please note when booking one of our performers it is a preference only. Wet Dreams Entertainment cannot guarantee 100% that the preferred performer will be the performer on the night. If we cannot replace them on the day – you shall be refunded the booking deposit.
• If you have already made a booking and want to change times or locations,      there will be a $100 administration fee for us to re-book entertainers. This      may result in a change to your preferred entertainer’s availability. 
• All refunds will be made using the same method in which payment was made. Card refunds may take up to 30 days to re-appear.
• If you cancel within 48 hours the full amount of the booking will still have to be paid as this covers the Entertainers loss of income.

Refund Policy

· No refund will be given if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions.

· If you decide to cancel your booking with Wet Dreams Entertainment for any reason, no refund will be given under any circumstances. This applies to any change of date to a confirmed booking covering the loss of wages and administration fees. No refund will be given.

By booking a performer or wait staff with Wet Dreams Entertainment you the customer agrees to the following terms:

• Wet Dreams Entertainment is a booking agent and uses the services of      independent contractors. 
• Wet Dreams Entertainment will not be held responsible for any verbal      agreements between the Entertainer & Customer in regard to changing      services, changing prices or agreeing to refunds. As the Entertainers are Sub-contractors, unless we are contacted directly and take part in the agreements – we are unable to do anything about any complaints or problems thereafter.
• Wet Dreams Entertainment accept no liability or responsibility for any      contractor’s actions at or during a booking. The contractor is solely      responsible for their own liability insurance and professional indemnity to cover any liability that may occur at or during a booking.
• Wet Dreams Entertainment will not be held responsible for any accidents or      incidents that may or may not occur with any of the contractors/Entertainers booked through Wet Dreams Entertainment. Wet Dreams Entertainment is purely a booking agent for the Entertainers. Any accidents or incidents that may or may not occur will be dealt directly with the Entertainer and the Entertainer is responsible. In addition to this, if the Entertainer is assaulted in any way, or their property  damaged and the Police are involved, we will provide any information and assistance that the Police may need from us in regards to any contact      details we may have, or statements that may need to be made.
